Which Direction Am I going, Do I Even Know..?
When I first read the guidelines for essay 2, I had just a blank stare at my computer screen. Not only that but my mind was in a million places at once, I was simply just dead confused. As the days progressed I began to think about the essay and everything to do with it, Im gonna do this... No this... Actually I changed my mind THIS IS WHAT IM GONNA DO! Yet still I really had no clue where I was going, I was like a bird with a clipped wing I couldn't fly straight. Coming out of class just after today tuesday I already am flying like a hawk. I know what this mysterious annotated bibliography is and most importantly I know what direction I.. think.. I am going to go in with my essay. As of right now I think that Im going with option 2 and Im going to analyze Ted Millers Pac-10 Blog and Im going to use Kathleen West's article to help pick apart Millers Identity. Also Im going to use Rettberg's Blogging book to help distinguish blog types as well as how Miller's Pac-10 blog ties in with both.

I think option 2 is the best choice as well. It is easier to compare West's article to another blog rather than your own.
ReplyDeleteDid you make some decisions about your essay?
ReplyDeletea blank stare, mind in a million places, and dead confused are not a great place to be. UGH!!
I don't see a writer's memo that will help readers focus their energy when they review your essay. Did you already speak to your readers offline? Since you haven't created a post asking for feedback, readers may not be sure where to post their comments.
